ALL of those lines will cause your server to go in the back and bust on you all night with her co-workers - but line # 2 might just get a bowl of hot soup poured over your head (especially if it's a fine dining restaurant - they look down on casual "restaurant" chain employees), so I'd have to go with lline # 2.
