After you kill all the Poes, you can get the spinner. Go into this huge room and you will see a bunch of spinner rails. Explore and get the boss key. Then go into this huge room. You will have to use the spinner and spin a hole into the ground. I think that is how you get to the boss. He is ridiculously big. Beating him is easy though.
