Stay calm its alright. I spoke to some elders about this awhile ago and apparently its called RAIN. Lots of areas of the world get it, some in vast quantitys.
Im sure it will pass, so try to enjoy best you can.

Nah, can't be rain. I saw the Victorian Resources Minister explain carefully on TV that water doesn't just fall from the sky. (REALLY)
