STRETCHING is a woman's best friend when it comes to having that great bathing suit body. Along side a good cardio workout such as jogging or jumping on a treadmill. If you like doing workout dvds, you can just pop a good yoga, or pilates tape into your TV and watch your body change in no time, and don't be afraid to add weights. We women don't quickly bulk up like men, so for the most part the weights are gonna really tone you up, and give your body beautiful definition. As you may already know eating a nutritious meal is important to, and drinking lots of water, and if you don't like water, drink juices with little sugar. Besides liquids such as gatorade, V8, and other high energy drinks, contain more vitamins, and proteins than water.

get an excercise ball...
i work out a lot, but have never felt like i did when i used an exercise ball, they are great! & you can work everything with them esp. your abs!

loose weight, and wear blue ( blue doesnt have anything to do with that but its my fav color and it might look good on you)
