Sounds like bluetooth. It allows you to transfer files to another mobile wirelessly

..or try removing the battery..worked on my old SEk750i..no probs with my SEk800i so far...apart from sourcing a cheap 2Gb micro mem stik..wish they had kept the old pro duo expansion compatibility!

have u put it in a USB lead without the disc loaded in to the pc if so send it back and see if they can fix it
