I'm talking about people who have repeatedly raped people and child molestors, and fathers who sexually abuse their children. And have been in and out of jail for it. How many times do you think it should take? Three strikes and your out? Or do you think that citizens should have to continue to pay for their time in jail and their time with a counselor.

With the current size of the human population and the huge public cost of putting a pervert in prison, I say yes. Child molesters, rapists, repeat sex offenders, murderers, anyone serving 10 years or more (or less depending on your local idiotic justice system) should be hung - it is a free way to eliminate a problem. If the criminal has any valuable organs they should be donated to someone on a waiting list or to research. After implementing this system crime would go down - citizens everywhere would know you behave, or you go.

Once is bad enough, much less three strikes and your out Law! I truly believe that there is a special place in Hell for these people and Satan is going to have a field-day with all of them. Since May of 2006 I started to keep track of the where-abouts. It would blow your mind to know how many live in this area, near Schools and Parks that are registered, I hate to think about how many are here that are not registered!

Neither; I'm against the death penalty in any case, but I wouldn't want a repeat sex offender to be eligible for parole, either. I'd say that repeat offenders should be in jail with no chance for parole.

No, they shouldn't. I don't believe in the death penalty, even tho i live in texas. But even if i did, they did not kill anyone. It's not an eye for an eye, u kno what i mean? If anything having someone rape them and have them spend the rest of their life in jail would be a good punishment.

I think if you do it once you should get and automatic 5-20 years in prison depending on the circumstances. If you do it again after that you should be killed. Twice is enough to show that they will probably do it again when they get out and therefore there is no reason for them to be kept alive in prison. I say two times and you're out.

No, because that will encourage them to kill their next victim. The death penalty, if used, must be reserved for pre-meditated murderers.

If a offender repeats a crime, it only means s/he should have been locked up longer.

No I don't. I think they should be taken out and shot the first time. They never change and cannot be helped. They are the scum of society.
