why do we dream and whats going on it our brains when we dream?

That is a question we may never know the answer to. We cant examine them. We just remember having them, we cant be sure if they exist or we think they exist. As for what is going on in our brains, electrical impulses are traveling through our neurons, causing neurotransmitters to be released into synapses between our brain cells.

i dont know why we dream, but i think its just a series of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations while were sleeping.
