I have been wanting to take Tango for awile i just need to no were in Portland, OR please help oh and i dont care what tipe of Tango just any tipe of Tango lesson (for begiennors though, im 12 me and my friend want to take a class together)

I'm pretty sure he teaches International Tango. If you intend to compete, go to him. If you are 12 it is probably best to take on competition style (International) Tango.
If this fails, you can try to contact your local USA Dance chapter: http://www.usabda.org They are the only organization I know that differentiates between age groups under 21, so they will understand how to direct your inquiry.
