Yes......he deserved this. I'm in Iraq right now, and have been in the Middle East for the last 3 years. I've seen pictures and videos that the media didn't show people back at home. Any leader who had done the stuff I've seen should be executed. There wasn't too much of a difference between him and Hitler......in my opinion.

Capital punishment is always wrong. Simple. Our Canadian government, along with many others around the globe, has evolved beyond places like Texas and China: we don't execute people here anymore.
There are many reasons why state execution doesn't work. Does anyone really think killing Saddam will keep other dictators from acting like him? Does anyone really think that killing Saddam has strengthened anyone's human rights?
Frankly, it sickens me to hear so many people, many who think they're decent Christians, rejoicing at what Christ detested. What part of "Thou shalt not kill" do they not understand?

He is responsible for a lot of people being tortured and executed. And not just men, but women and children also. He was a cruel dictator and it really doesn't matter how he became ousted from his dictatorship. He was taken down, put on trial by his own countrymen, found guilty, and hung. He deserved it.

No, it would have been more painful for him to have stayed alive and have no hopes of getting out of prison. But, i guess some1 wanted 2 give him the ez way out, huh?!?!?!?!?!
