Undergrad? You should major in finance. The best undergraduate business schools are:
University of Pennsylvania (Wharton)
MIT (Sloan)
UC-Berkeley (Haas)
Michigan (Ross)
NYU (Stearn)
Virginia (McIntyre)
UNC (Kenan-Flagler)
Maryland (Smith)
Other good undergraduate programs include USC, Texas, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Villanova.
For graduate programs, look at US News or BusinessWeek. Many of the best MBA programs are not on the undergraduate list because those schools do not have undergraduate business schools (Harvard, Duke, Stanford, Dartmouth, etc). You may still be able to study finance at those schools within the economics program.
