Shouldn't we have evolved to a point where we only eat food thats good for us by now?

It's not advertisements. Don't be dumb. Mass advertising has only come about in the last 40 years. Our love of salt, grease, and sugar is thousands of years in the making. It's not advertisements that make us like junk food.

Like you asked from a biological standpoint it is because these foods which are bad for us contain the stuff we need and lots of it.

Our body needs sugar, fat and salt to stay alive. If we were still wild animals our body would be able to work off the excess fat and use up the sugar and sweat out salt. Also our body doesn't know when the next time we will eat so when food that is around that contains large amounts of the resources our body needs our body urges us to consume it because we may run short on the supply in the future.

In nature living organisms are more likely to be suffering from not enough resources then a harmful over abundance.

The things that make up the food isn't what is bad for us. It is the amount that is bad.

The human body craves what normally needs in nature to survive. It needs complex and simple carbohydrates (sugars), proteins, starches, fats, salt, etc. In nature these things take some work to get.

But in the last few thousand years, which is less than a blip in evolutionary history, we have been able to concentrate these things in much higher concentrations than our body needs. This has gone to ridiculous proportions in the last 100 years.
There is no way the human organism can evolve fast enough to keep up with that.

Christians don't think that "sex is bad in general." God wouldn't have created sex if he didn't think it was good. It's a wonderful thing...but it should be between a Husband and a Wife. Sex is two bodies becoming one. It's actually a beautiful concept, but nowadays, people are having sex with anything that moves. I am a Christian and I am a virgin and I'm planning on waiting until marriage. God says that once we are married, we can have sex as much as we want! Sex was made for reproducing and having kids, and expressing your love to your husband/wife. Sex isn't a bad thing. Sex before marriage is a sin, but you choose what you want to do and on Judgement day you will, in fact, be "Judged."

Yeah as much as we have evolved from destroying our planet! Evolution is more personal than global now! But to answer your question the brain needs fat!!! So we crave it. Also why gluttony is the easiest of the Sins to accomplish!
