how do i get rid of dark parts on my toes?

in the summer i get a pedicures but when i stop they come back

go to cvs or walgreens and get some cocoa butter lotion. it helped some of my scars go away

Moisturiser? I think that helps soften and evens out the skin color. A pumice stone is also helpful for removing tough skin which will be naturally darker.
