In The Sims, this skill is called charisma (for those who don't know).
As some may not know, I have terrible charisma when it comes to talking to girls. I know what I say, but lose it instantly. I want to have some social skills so I can get the one I want.
But how can I improve my charisma without talking in front of a mirror?

if a girl makes you nervous when talking to her don't because think of how you'll feel going out with her. stick with girls you are more comfortable with like girls you have gone to school with forever they will know you better and accept you more

Just be yourself..don't put on airs or pretend to be what you are not. The girls are just as self conscious as you are. All of us actually have pretty much the same doubts and fear of rejection. But hay, nothing ventured ,nothing gained. Not all people will like you, but keep in mind , that that is their problem ,not yours. You might want to stay with a group of people til you feel more confident and then make eye contact with the one you are interested in..she'll send you signals if she wants to develop a relationship. The signals may be subtle, like brief eye contact, little smile and look away or down, still grinning. Be receptive and don't come on too strong, follow her lead. But what ever you do ...DON"T GIVE UP on finding the right one for you. You may have to meet a lot of people before you find the right one. But oh what fun you'll have looking..No need to rush, in fact it usually happens when you least expect it..and weren't even looking. Most important remember..just be you..imperfections and all. ( a good ice breaker: ask for or offer help with a common/shared endeavor. You'll do fine..........

I think you just need some practice. Next time you go on vacation and you don't know anyone there, talk to as many girls as you can. That way you get better at it. To tell you the truth i havent tried it, i just know it will probably work, but i never tested it so if you do try it email me and tell me how it worked, cuz some of my friends need it lol.

Since I am a girl....and I have some self esteem issues, I will tell you that if you just talked to the girl and ...you know....just told her "jeez, I wish I had more charisma....I'm not real good at talking to girls....but I really want to get to know you..." she would be all : "aawwwww, how sweet!"

just be yourself. i know that's kind of lame advice but it's the truth just talk about normal every day stuff. TV , movies. school. and if you mess up girls wont think your stupid. they understand they actually think its kinda cute haha.
