What exactly are you talking about? Runescape? Or WoW? If it's RS, get runes from the mage guide near Lumbridge. Then go kill cows at the cow farm with your water spell. If you need more runes, go back and get some from the guide. If you do this correctly, your magic lvl would go up fast.
