I'm 16 and drink cold water and all I get on my report cards is F.

I don't know about improving memory, but daily cold shower is very healthy, and envigorating once one develops the higher taste for it! Really, give it a try, you will relish it and wakes you up better than yr morning coffee!

Maybe it would give you a little jolt that would make you extra alert and thus more receptive to being able to retain whatever happens immediately following the jolt.

somewhat because it keeps you awake whenever you do some memorization,the water has soothing effects on your skin and helps on your concentration
