It depends on how old your kids are.
If they are from ages 0 months to 10 years, Old Navy is a great place to start. Their clothes are affordable, yet of excellent quality. The infant clothes and toddler clothes there are rather adorable, too! The Gap (sells clothes for kids from ages 4 to about 10, kind of pricey though), Carter's (ages 0 months to about 7, adorable clothes, average prices), and The Children's Place (ages 0 months to about 10 years, average prices) are all other great options.
If they are pre-teens to teens, they might like Abercrombie Kids (kind of pricey), Hollister Co. (kind of pricey), American Eagle Outfitters (okay prices), Aeropostale (same styles but more kiddie-ish, cheaper than Abercrombie, Hollister, and American Eagle) or Forever 21 (VERY affordable, however the clothes are somewhat trendy and may become unfashionable within a year or even several months). If that's not their style, they might like PacSun (okay prices, but could range to more expensive clothes) or Zumiez (somewhat pricey).

Target has a nice selection of clothes. So does Dillards and their sales are great. Justice Just For Girls and Limited Too have great selections too.
