I am writing a story about a girl that lives in England in the year 1901. Her mom sends her to America with her three sisters, ages 13, 6, and1, for better lives because they are VERY poor. (She is fifteen.) Her father and two brothers both died from a cholera outbreak one year before. On the way to America she meets a boy named John Covington, who is seventeen, and they both get married. That is all I have gotten to so far. Would you be interested in a story like that? I am just getting opinions. Please answer truthfully.

BTW, this summary is definantly NOT in detail AT ALL! And this isn't the whole story, because I am in the middle of writing it.

Sure, but it sounds a little too familiar. You might want to add a little twist to separate it from other 'coming to America to escape hardship and death' stories. Are they coming alone, with nothing? Are they being sent to live with relatives? Or are they abandoned orphans?

Sounds like a good story.

Keep writing it.

On a side note, I would probably add some ninja attacks and rockets to spice thangs up.

To be perfectly honest. I don't think I would. That's just not something I'm into. But it does sound alright. I know heaps of people who would read it. I think my mum would be one of them, and that's not a bad thing. I don't like reading books.

I definitely would. That is the perfect love story. I would make a movie out of it!

if you are going to write a story with that kind of setting make sure that you triple check ALL of your facts. if one thing statement is historically innacurate than it can discredit the whole novel.

It sounds like it could potentially be a good read. What's the next part? LOL

No. There are enough romance novels in the world already. It's all the same crap.
