Sounds like a really stupid question, but my bf and i had sex 3 days ago and he had a bit of an accident (lets say) half way through! he paniced and told me after that there was a possibility he came abit earlier - now i knew my peiod was due and i have still come on my period but is there that possibilitie i could still be pregnant.
I am feeling really hot and really sick and i know its more likely to do with my period then anything and it would be to early for prep symptons. But the odd thing is i have been on my period for about 7 hours and it seems to already be stopping and going brown - which is abit odd coz normally it lasts for about 3-4 days.
Any ideas people?? x

we use protection but not at the beginning, we use it during when he thinks he is going to come - i know not the best way, but we have been together for years and arn't very worried about becoming pregnent

Hey Bex, Its not likely your pregnant from unprotected sex this month because ovulation occurs around day 14 of your cycle. 3 days before youre period then there wouldnt be an egg to fertilise. Could it be poss you conceived last month? It is poss to have a period when you are pregnant, i had a very light one. Why not just do a test and see? I hope you get the answer you want x

yes it is possible however if you did have a bleed it would not be a 'real' period and would be very much lighter and short lived.
from what you have described that does seem to fit with the bleed you have experienced.
however it is too early to panic just yet i would advise you give it a few more days and then if you still have not had any more of a bleed and still feel strange then buy a pregnancy test.
finally they do say that some women seem to 'know' they are pregnant long before a test confirms it. that happened with my wife before both of our kids
good luck however it goes and just remember the chances that you are pregnant are still slim so dont go panicking just yet

U might want to be. some human beings bleed via there total being pregnant. With all 3 of mine I had a spotty era upon getting pregnant then no era. it really is sweet to do a being pregnant try in case you imagine u would nicely be preganant or visit between the loose clinics for a try.

So, it is possible for it to be implantation bleeding. How long ago was it that you had sex? Generally, the embryo implants into your uterus between 7-10 days after conception (and conception doesn't necessarily happen the same day you have sex...in ideal conditions, sperm can live for up to 4-5 days in your body waiting for you to ovulate). If your bleeding is already stopping and turning brown, I would be suspicious of implantation bleeding instead.

I had a period a few days after getting pregnant (didn't know I was at the time) and my period was unusual aswell. Wait a few weeks and get an early response test. Chances are it's your paranoia but check asap just to put your mind at rest.

it's not possible for you to feel the symptoms of pregnancy after just 3 days. however , just because your period has started does not rule out the fact that you may be pregnant. The only way to confirm either way is to take a pregnancy test, but i would leave it for at least another week just to be sure

It is possible to have your period and still be pregnant. I would wait it out (since it was only 3 days ago) then take a pregnancy test in two or three weeks. Or see my Dr, just in case.

You should do a test to put your mind at ease. If you have a very light period, then you could be pregnant.
The withdrawal method may have worked for you up until now, but at some point it is going to fail and you are going to get pregnant from it.
