its so annoying that you can't hear whats going on, why show a program that you can't even hear?

Legal reasons, saying things about other people that may need citation, and the other important thing is they maybe advertising something, like mentioning a brand or name of a shop.

They say it is for legal reasons, but this is obviously, not always the case. Most of the time the "sound-outs" are probably designed to maintain an illusion of BB, as the reality will be less impressive. (Operational reasons).

In case one of them says anything libellous. It's purely a precaution. They're not exactly the brightest bunch of people.

it's for legal reasons, like for example if they talk about brand names, their not aloud.
