I think the correct answer is Coughlin,He taught Tiki to carry the ball higher back when He was the GIANTS offensive co-coordinator, Sean Payton, was the person who, convinced the rest of the coaching staff that Tiki could be an every down back.

i think but im not entirely sure but i think he started holding the ball higher or closer and of course building up your arm muscles should help.
