Ok so im 16 and weigh 250 i really need to loose weight but i need really good ideas on how to do so........please help

ok buy a cavalier dog(or any other dog) and he will make u chase him all throughh your yard! Dogs never stop wanting 2 run

Eat healthy foods, and exercise at least 4 times a week full of cardio and alternating weights. Focus on living a healthy "lifestyle" not a diet and it will become something you value and enjoy. Results will come along with just feeling better!
