Ok heres the deal....Im only 28, but my boobs, after three kids sag terribly. Im a 36 dd right now, and im wondering in a mans point of view, which is better;
1. Keep them as they are?
2. Implants and a breast lift?
3. Just breast lift?
4. Breast reduction?
I kid around that my boobs are depressed...lol they always look at the floor...I cant fit into clothing right.
Do guys mind the scarring that would take place with the lift or reduction?
Or would you rather them be real, whether they sag or not?

GaPeach...he loves them no matter what.....he just wants me to be happy with them also....hes just not sure about all the scars....and yes he hates implants too, but said hed deal if the doctor said that was the way to go...

Not a man here but if you have back pain because of your breasts I'd go with a reduction. They will also lift your breasts as well.
As far as scars, with the lift/reduction scars will fade within a year of the surgery (almost a year here and 95% of the scars are faded so you can't tell I had the surgery).

I know I am not a man, but I worked for a plastic surgeon for many years. Why don't you talk to your hubby about how he feels? Maybe consult with a surgeon.... it sounds like you just need a breast lift. If you find a good Dr there will be almost no scar, and you will feel sexy again! But..maybe your hubby likes them just the way they are....?
It sounds like some good guys answered your question here...it is so nice to hear men who do NOT want huge fake breasts!!

REAL!!!! keep em real unless they are killing your back. The fact your breasts sag because you had kids is the best reason for them to sag. besides when your on your back they fall beside and when your on top they are beautiful globes of lusciousness.
I am married and my wifes breasts sag after breastfeeding three kids they are still as wonderful as they were 13 years ago when we met.

well it would all depend what they look like ...how far do they sag...but it really depends how you feel if a implant would make you feel great ...go for it im sure hubby wont mind

You did not say if you are overweighted, because if you loose wieght they are goinf to be less. like 36 b, and with excercise lifting weights everyday, your can be better

try the lift first and see how you do with that if it works you don't need implants.
