Ok so I started my period on thursday, and today it is pretty light. Like, I have only used 1 pad today and its only about half used. I have school tomorrow and I wanted to wear a panty liner but I am not sure if it will be enough. What do you think?

If you started your period Thursday, it should be almost over (unless you have longer ones) so that would probably be enough. Just bring an extra one in your purse just in case. That way you can be comfortable but change to a new one if you find you need to.

Congradulations! Welcome to chocolate week. It's going to happen once a month for the next fourty-so years of your life. I would say no, don't wear a panty liner. There is nothing worse than thinking you're looking all that, and to find out later that really they were laughing at you because you're spotting. Stay safe and wear an ultra thin pad. Smart, and undetectable.

Well, when you wake up, blood pools and it may be a bit heavier in the am. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be okay for just a panty liner, but I would bring back up along with you just in case! Try not to make a toilet paper kind though....I've had them slip out of my pant leg...embarrassing!!

My God what a personal problem.... but anyway, why don't you start out with a pad, and then switch to a liner at lunch if you can.

I would think it would be safe. You know your cycle better than anyone though!
You could try to wear two pantiliners, and take an extra pair of panties just in case.

use a tampon and panti liner or just wear the pad. why take chances?

Always make a smaller toilet paper kind or soft paper towel kind and fold on top of the pad.

Go for a light pad ,, being safe is better,, be on the safe side :p

That happens to me too! I just use a pantiliner but carry alot with me in case it gets heavy
