I think Buddha and Homer gave excellent explanations of how this is sexist simply because the data in question have been flawed. Another thing to consider is that these studies also consider rape to have happened even if the man is not charged for whatever reason, and often times when he is not reported. It should be (but isn't to most people) obvious that it's a flaw in logic to believe there are more men who rape than women who falsely report rapes. Rape is a serious crime. A person needs to be capable of physically assaulting a person while she's crying and screaming, etc. It takes a vicious person to do that. Reporting a false rape, on the other hand, is really a lot easier to do. It's something where you can just make up a story, go in, and the guy isn't there, you don't see the person you're hurting. Certainly, any decent person would have enough of a conscious that they wouldn't be able to go through with reporting a false rape. But to imply that there are more men who are capable of committing a vicious act than women who are capable of telling a lie, is a nonsensical and sexist belief. That implies that men are always savages and animals, whereas women are always innocent and helpless. That clearly IS a sexist belief, which most women won't admit to having, but clearly do have if they're willing to believe that more men rape than women lie about rape. One more thing: I think it's thoroughly ridiculous that anyone gave Buddha a Thumbs Down for his answer. It's a well known fact that that kind of data manipulation has been used to fudge statistics, not only in cases that apply to gender relations, but overall. His argument isn't one about gender, it's one about statistics. That same manipulation was successfully used to "prove" whites were smarter than blacks in the 1800s, and in modern times it's been used to fasely "prove" that the number of abortions goes down in societies which legalize abortion, and that one in six women has been raped. Anyone who gave Buddha a Thumbs Down needs to go take a class in statistics.

Did anyone think to document the number of "Male Gender Specific" acts of homosexual and "Female Offender/Participant" acts of Rape by way of a comparison? Where would Those figures be found (as if anybody really cares)?

I'm not sure about race, but women with long hair are 70% more likely to be raped (since it's easier to use to keep them immobile, plus they look more feminine/less independent). Women with short hair are much less likely to be raped. Environment, and time affect the statistics as well; between 10 pm to 6am at night, you're more likely to be victimized and/or raped.

Credible rape statistics are almost impossible to obtain because of the sheer amount of false accusations.
The statistics at raiin.org come from a series of INTERVIEWS conducted by the Justice Department. That makes them severely tainted for this type of crime.
The only way to obtain correct statistics is to look at CONVICTION rates which are typically 60-70% lower than accusal rates. This is in line with the following studies:
According to a nine-year study conducted by former Purdue sociologist Eugene J. Kanin, in over 40 percent of the cases reviewed, the complainants eventually admitted that no rape had occurred (Archives of Sexual Behavior, Vol. 23, No. 1, 1994). Kanin also studied rape allegations in two large Midwestern universities and found that 50 percent of the allegations were recanted by the accuser.
In 1985 the Air Force conducted a study of 556 rape accusations. Over one quarter of the accusers admitted, either just before they took a lie detector test of after they had failed it, that no rape occurred. A further investigation by independent reviewers found that 60 percent of the original rape allegations were false.
The most common reasons the women gave for falsely accusing rape were "spite or revenge," and to compensate for feelings of guilt or shame (Forensic Science Digest, vol. 11. no. 4, December 1985).
Dr. Charles P. McDowell, Supervisory Special Agent, U.S. Air Force, Office of Special Investigations found that:
"To my considerable chagrin, we found that at least 60 percent of all the rape allegations were false."
We are also dealing with the feminist definition of rape now, which basically means "unless explicit consent can be proven, rape occurred". Which means that the definition of rape has been broadened to include many false accusations.
