I plan on picking up the car in Greece and dropping it off in Holland while passing through Albania, Croatia, Austria, Germany & France.
So if anyone knows of any cheap rental companies that will let me go across borders and drop the car off in a diffferent country please let me know the name of the company and its website if applicable.

Europcar, Sixt, Budget, and Avis should do that.

I doubt if any will cover Albania and I would not drive through it if you paid me lots of money as it is very dangereous plus its not in the EU and neither is Croatia so I doubt that you will find a company.

Go from Patras, Greece to many different ports in Italy including Bari, Brindisi, Ancona and Venice. Sailed into Venice in 2005 and it was the greatest ferry journey I have ever taken.

Have you though about taking a rail pass too? You could pass through Croatia this way but does not go to Albania.

Why the hell do you want to go through Albania or is that how you see he rout on a map?

consistently purchase insurance while renting a automobile or homestead for holiday. you won't in any respect want it,yet once you do it rather is going to likely be a godsend. working example we renting a coastline homestead for each week, final day fixing breakfast we ended up putting a warm skillet on the counter that once held a potholder which had slipped to the floor. We took photos of the wear and tear and called the condominium workplace immediately. The $a hundred we paid in insurance stored us a 3000 cost for a clean slab of counter best.
