Just about all the time but I don't do it unless it's my family because I never know how the person on the other end of the hug would take it especially if it's really random.

sometimes in emotional periods of happiness or sadness I do feel the urge to hug. Hopefully that leads to better things

I hug my husband and kids all the time. My daughter's little friend that is always over here is constantly asking my kids why their parents hug all the time. LOL

yeah, like while I'm out shopping I'll just feel like hugging someone and telling them that everything's gonna be OK although they are obviously doing fine without my hug.
