Since I was pregnant and not drinking, or wanting to be around tons of smoke in a casino, I went out to a nice dinner with my hubby and our couples friends. It was alot of fun! We got all dressed up and went to a really nice resturaunt. Then we went to the IMAX and saw War of the Worlds. It was a great birthday!

You can go to a comedy club which serves alcohol. You don't have to drink but at least you've met the minimum age requirement.
You can also go to topless bars if that is in your realm of interest.
