Some fast food restaurants hire 14 year old kids. Wendy's is one of them that I think might. Or an ice cream stand in the summer, or a landscaping place that needs help in their garden center. Doing odd jobs in general for senior citizens. Are you good at anything in particular? Braiding hair, baking, giving dogs baths? Pet sitting? Shovel snow in the winter. Small businesses sometimes called "mom & pop" stores will be more likely to give you a chance.

Dress nicely, speak politely, maybe print up a "teen resume" which would just be a piece of paper with your name and phone number on it. List the city where you live. Tell what grade you're in and what you are good at. List extra cirricular activities and if you have any work experience, list that. List a couple references like a teacher and a long-time friend of the family. Go around to busineses and ask if they would consider hiring you. Leave them the info sheet in case they want to call you.
