There are recruiting agencies both good ones and fake, one will have enquire antecedents of these companies before handing over money for visa and other purposes. other areas, get your resume on the internet, and there is demand all over the world for plumbers/electricians/carpenters.

Take your journeyman's card and check into the local IBEW office . . . you will be considered Book 2 and sent on jobs after the local guys go out.
Uhhhh , presuming you meant commercial electrician, not residential.
