I have an ipod nano. It can hold 500 songs. I can download songs from the itunes store but I cannot get the songs onto my ipod. It says I must restore it but everytime I restore it, the message saying I must restore it keeps on coming up. What do I do to fix or is there a number I can call. Please be as detailed as possible. Thanks
