Ok heres the deal....Im only 28, but my boobs, after three kids sag terribly. Im a 36 dd right now, and im wondering in a mans point of view, which is better;

1. Keep them as they are?

2. Implants and a breast lift?

3. Just breast lift?

4. Breast reduction?
I kid around that my boobs are depressed...lol they always look at the floor...I cant fit into clothing right.

Do guys mind the scarring that would take place with the lift or reduction?

Or would you rather them be real, whether they sag or not?

With DD it would be wise to have implants as you would look freakish. Just go for the lift;

Honey? You should ditch any man who doesn't love you for all the other wonderful assets you have. You can't screw boobs, well for the most part anyway. Honestly, any type of surgery can be deadly. Anastesia alone can kill you. I know what you are talking about but in a bit of a different light. I have always had very small breasts and i was lucky when I had my four kids. I had no stretch marks. Only a bit of muscle loss. I have always wanted to have a boob job but I found a man who loves me and my itty bitty ****. I just buy bathing suits and bras that help me look a little bigger. It is a pain in the butt but I have learned how to deal with being small. You need to learn how to love yourself and play up your great qualities. Boobs aren't everything. ((((Sheri))))

I would imagine an uplift and sometimes doctors will use small implants in addition for two reasons:

1) An uplift can take away some of the breast volume and implants will restore this.

2) An uplift removes excess skin and tightens sagging tissues, but doesn't necessarily restore their shape, which is where implants come in useful.

You need to speak with a cosmetic surgeon specialising in breast augmentation surgeon and see what they suggest for you.

HTH : )

I'm not a man, but I would like to say...

My mother had 4 kids and after breastfeeding, she lost a whole cup size. She ended up getting implants (about 14 years ago) and absolutely loves them still.

My sister had 28DDD's and had a reduction & implants put in for the lift.

I'm not saying you should have surgery, but if you really want it for your own self esteem, you should talk to a doctor about it. I would never do it myself, but if that's what you want, don't let someone talk you out of it. I don't care if my boobs were down to my knees, I'd be happy with the way God made me :)

If your back is bothering you you should try to get a breast reduction. They will lift your breasts as well.

As for scars, after a year they will start to fade, and frankly scars should be the last thing you should worry about. I had my surgery done in Feb '06 and my scars right now are 95% GONE.

I have a fiancee that helped me through the whole thing (he proposed AFTER my surgery, AFTER seeing my scarring!), so trust me guys should not mind you wanting to better your health (back pain/etc). If they do they are not worth it.

Do the weight loss thing first and do chest exercises, lift weights and after you are at a point where you feel good about your weight then take another look. It is your body who cares what others think. Do whats right for you. If it becomes a health issue for you consult your Doctor and get her advise. Try exercise and proper diet first.

whatever you're comfortable with..but some breast implants contain Cancer viruses.and a study showed that out of 1000 women that got implants,40%,[400] of them experienced Cancer,while 20%,[200] actually died of cancer.and the other 400 people survived.but im not sure if that info is updated cuz the survey was in November of 2005. but you still have a risk of cancer,and the cancer can lead to death.

Breast Implants surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

I agree, go for the lift! Someone in Answers asked yesterday asked men what they thought of implants, and suprisingly, most of them said they were too fake and they didn't like them. Who knew?!?!
