What would you do if you were being harass by this sick person?

I had this girl pretending to me and she is being very nasty. She has a profile like mine and she tells people that Im a w h o r e and that like to use a pluger for sex. She follow me and answer question after being very disgusting. So I had all her answer reported and had her points drop to zero. I emailed yahoo at abuse@yahoo.com. They deleted her profile. What should I if she gets another profile and starts harassing me again is there a way I can press charges against her if it continues. Can yahoo give out her information so I can do that if she starts harassing again.
