Get all proof of calls made to the police and get a vidio camera and record her when she comes there or calls. and go to courta and get a restraining order. If she continues to violate the restraing order they will put her in jail.

Consult an attorney immediately and call the police. There are laws against harrassment and false police reports. If you haven't already done so, start documenting everything. Record conversations, set up a video camera; do whatever it takes to document her drunkeness and erratic behavior. Most of all, ask your attorney what it would take to get total custody of your daughter and limiting visitation if the mother is an alcoholic or mentally unstable. I suspect your daughter desperately needs your protection.

Get a protective order against her. If she is drinking as much as you say, I'd also take her to court and try to get full custody of my daughter. You cannot let this woman interfere in your life the way she is. And, if she is drinking hard, you can never be sure that your daughter is safe when she's with her. Think of your child and what your life would be like if she were not in it because your drunken ex killed her driving drunk!

This is going to sound too simple but here goes...
Get yourself an extra job and hire the nastiest lawyer you can find. You problems will begin to end the moment hers start to increase, namely, court dates, peace bonds, D.U.I. arrests, and on and on. I have actually witnessed this very thing -- a close friend of mine actually had (has) an ex that was so crazy she burned her wedding dress in his driveway, stalked his new bride, would show up at his place of work and pretend to faint, etc. He hired a GOOD lawyer and low and behold she called my friend one day in tears and begged him to call his lawyer off and in return she would sign any agreement he wanted. You need to step up and end this madness for the sake of your family, my man.

You should try getting a no contact order against her. What she is doing is harrassment and it is illegal. Talk to your local sheriff's office. If they don't want to do anything about it, (which happens often, in our small town), then contact a lawyer and get a restraining order. You and your family shouldn't have to endure this. Good luck!

get a restraning order on her and let the courts deal with her. dont' let this ruin your happiness with the current wife. and you don't have time to babysit the ex and im sure you have told her to stop and she continues let the courts and the police deal with her now. she does it again she goes away for while that should smarten her up fast.

I have to agree with everyone on here, get an attorney. Also get full custody of your daughter. For visitation, try to get it supervised visitation. so your daughter will be save. Some states have state centers for this kind of supervision. Good luck!!

You have to get an attorney for this. She has no right to do this to you. She is unpredictable when she's intoxicated. She could end up burning your house down or destroy your car some how. Stop this now.
