I'm looking for some suggestions. I listen to almost anything, save for rap, hardcore metal, and the teenybopper stuff they play on the radio. I like Sinatra as much as I like Cash, Keane as much as I like the Who.
To give you an example of some of my favorite songs, these the five most played songs on my i-pod.
There is a Light that Never Goes Out by Morrissey
Here's to the Rest of the World by Whiskeytown
Joshua by Dolly Parton
Mercy on Me by Christina Aguilera
Pictures of You by the Cure
I'll take any suggestions you may have. Thanks!

If you truly have an eclectic taste in music, get into Yes. They take many genres and styles of music and put it all into a musical meat grinder and you get classic pieces like "Close to the Edge" or "Starship Trooper". They may be an aquired taste, but definitely worth the effort. Everyone who has ever been in the band (fourteen people so far) has brought something to the table. They have never had weak musicians in the line-up, and everyone is just about the best there is at what they do. I'd recommend "The Yes Album" to start off with, and then just explore from there. Enjoy!

Try:
Boston: More than a feeling
Guns n roses: Sweet Child of mine
Led Zeppelin: Rock and roll, Stairway to heaven, Over the hills and far away
Black sabbath: paranoid, crazy train
Kiss: Rock and roll all night.
Lynard Skynard: Freebird
If you like The WHo, i think you will like the ones above but if you are looking for something a little more modern:
Greenday: Closing time
AAF: Smooth criminal
Red hot chili peppers: Ohio is for lovers
3 doors down: kryptonite
Papa Roach: Last resort, getting away with murder
