I have been the victim of false accusations of sexual harassment, I am very bitter and my reputation is destroyed at work. I want to sue these people for everything they are worth, not because of the accusation itself but the way that the management in general ignored alot of their own rules for handling this. I was found not to be at fault and the accuser got fired but I was on vacation when she decided to enact her plan and had 10 days to empire build and cast aspersions to my character and actions. What do I do?

what does a panda could do with sexual harassment? in case you deliver a wide panda to a school to confer with childrens are not they gonna harass it with each of the grabbing, hugs, and kisses?

I wish you very good luck. I hate that these things happen. Sexual Harassment laws do not work. They shouldn't exist for the benefit of all both men and women. Women should learn to enjoy sexual harassment as we men do. There is not even a thing called "sexual harassment". It is actually natural attraction causing men to react to women and viceversa. It is 100% natural and shouldn't even be regulated by stupid laws. This society is sick and dysfunctional.

sue the company for creating a hostile work enviornment. there was a teacher in texas that was falsely acccused of being racist and even after it was proved false people treated her badly and accused her of it and she sued the school district and made enough to retire off of.

im not sure if youd be able to sue them but possibly her for defamation of character and slander - but then again she could bring up her sexual assault charges and tear your *** up too - call a lawyer

there has to be someone higher up to deal with your character being defamed..I don't know anything about the legalities of this though.

look at it the other way. try to find out if she has fallen in love with you. she may be testing you for your strenghts at this juncture. she appears to be a very cunning girl.
