Hell's Bells is the first tack on Back in Black album. Therefore Brian Johnson sang it. That was the first album he sung on with AC/DC. There is some controversy over who wrote it, as it is believed to be written by Bon Scott before his death, as well as other tracks on this album. As far as who was the best, I suppose its a matter of opinion.

Hell's Bells is the first song on the first album after Bon Scott died. It's most definitely Brian Johnson singing.
I never had the pleasure of seeing AC/DC live in concert with Bon, but I like his lyrics better. He had this sly sense of humor that Brian lacks....however most of those really funny songs are all very old, and you've probably never heard them. (Except "Big Balls"--mostly everyone's heard that one.)
I heard they are working on their final album. That makes me sad.
