Ask your Dr. not people on here. That is very dependent upon individual factors and the stage etc.
Ask your Dr.!

I was in school when I was pregnant also, and was in P.E. and i stayed in it. But definitely talk to your doctor, mine had given me a note for not participating during contact type sports or activities. And sit ups are suppose to be off limits too. But the exercise will probably be very good for you and the baby.

i think its okay until you cant physically run anymore because your too big. Just be extra careful no t to play the contact sports. Make sure with the doc though but I bet as long as its not a contact sport it will be okay i hope you at least pursue your ged if you dont graduate from school I had my daughter at 17 and it was hard then good luck and try to not get preggers again soon good luck :)

assuming you mean phys ed, it's ok as long as it's not a contact sport. running, sit ups, arobics, etc are all good for you right now. But football, or anything where you could get hurt is not a good idea. Talk to your Dr about getting a pass out of gym or at least getting a note that keeps you out of contact sports.

Does your P.E. teacher know you are pregnant if so. He or she should know what you can and cannot do. Exercise is good but be careful and do not over do it. There is a limit especially depending on how far along you are.

Basically whatever level of activity you are accustomed to before pregnancy is safe to continue during pregnancy unless there are precluding conditions that develop.
Definitely should direct these questions to your doctor/midwife rather than cyberspace - of course, at 13, I suppose that's expecting too much?

I would talk to your dr or who ever is looking after your pregnancy. You need to exercise, but playing things like contact sports should be avoided.

I would talk to your doctor because you probably shouldn't be in P.E. while you are pregnant.
