There is already enough of the cookie-cutter type music.
Chris fades in w/ the rest.
The look on his face when he got voted off was priceless.
To the idiot above (Bobbicool...)who has met Chris, YES, THERE WAS A SCANDAL w/ LIVE.
He looked pretty embarassed to be called on it on the show.
BTW If he's so happily married why tell his female fans that he wears boxers.
It should not be any of their business PERIOD!

why do morons answer questions?? LOL for the person above me there was no LIVE scandal if you would have seen the idol rewind show Chris had said that the part where he said it was from LIVE was cut out for some reason. He knew it was LIVE there was no scandal jeesh get a clue............. Now to answer the real question here At first after Black wednesday (May 10th 2006 I was really po'd and upset that he didn't win, after talking to him during the AI tour and seeing him around the Tv shows after the days that followed I realized that he was better off! He always said he wanted to be in a band like he had been prior to AI (absent element and before that Cadence) He is doing some much better being able to write his own stuff and having more control of his CD that he has put out and has since gone platinum......... If he was tied to AI he wouldnt have the freedom as he does have now :)
to the idiot below me if you would have watched American Idol rewind and also watched the following show you can see where Chris said the show the week before was edited and that he did say it was a song by live, Obviously you are the idiot around here! NOT ME only reason he mentioned boxer briefs is because the female fans kept asking him through mail emails etc :) he was letting his fans know he listens to them DUHHHHHHh get a clue already loser

Out of the choices for last year, I wanted either Chris or Taylor to win. I think Chris ruined it for himself after the scandal with the Live song. Im so glad Pickler and Mcphee didnt win. They were both on the show WAY too long.

genuinely definite! Chris has greater skills and could have greater beneficial fulfillment long-term (think of Clay vs. Ruben), yet Taylor become debatable sufficient to get the enormous scores on finale night.

I haven't agreed with the winner once since the first season -- my pick usually comes in third or fourth.
That said, I do like Taylor (but I can't stand that "Do I Make You Proud" song they forced him to sing).
