"meaning"? If you divide each number by 2.54, you'll get lengths in inches. Other than that, I don't know of too many meanings of these numbers. They range from 77 to 94. maybe those are typical ski lengths?

Those are tire widths in mm. If you are trying to figure out if they are 13", 14" or 15" tires, you can't, because tread width and wheel size are different measures. If it is still important that you know, here is a converter. http://www.worldwidemetric.com/metcal.htm
If you really mean centimetres, I have no idea what they could relate to, (you could let us know) but the same converter works, just add a zero to convert the cm to mm first.

in order 76.77 80.71 84.64 86.61 88.58 90.55 92.52 94.49 there are 2.54 cm in an inch. divide those #'s by 2.54
