well, my b/f and me had sex for the first time a few days ago, we were both virgins.... the problem is that we have so many questions about what's going on our bodies and we're too embarrassed to ask anybody... first of all, he was having pain on his stomach and on his masculine part, is that normal?? I think I should mention that he pulled out before any sperm came out, matter of fact, it didn't even came out... and each time he gets excited again, it starts hurting him... we haven't had any sex since then, so we've only done it once.... and me, I was bledding a lot right after, and my period came right away, like two days after, but is lasting so many days and I don't know if I should be worried... by the way, we used protection. any advice?

For the love of god, sex is not an illness. He probably wound himself up so tight over needless nervousness and/or guilt that he gave himself a hernia. Tell him to loosen up. He probably squashed and hurt his dick trying to stuff it into you dry. Keep using condoms, but first learn to enjoy yourselves. Quit feeling guilty and quit thinking about your parents and your priest and everybody. Think about each other.

I suggest you two relax and spend some time becoming more familiar with each other's bodies. Perhaps practice and perfect oral first. With sex, it is better to give than to receive. You get hot in the process of giving. You should both give equally and unselfishly. _Make sure you are wet before he tries to shove himself in_. Or use KY. Dryness is a common problem (especially for women with inexperienced sex partners who don't quite know yet the details of getting the girl wet).

Unless one of you was born with HIV or shoots heroin or recently had a blood transfusion in Indonesia, neither of you has HIV. Bleeding is totally normal. When you're expecting your period, sex - especially first-time, painful sex - can certainly cause an early onset (it sometimes still does for me).

First, good for you for using protection. Pulling out does not protect you from pregnancy or STDs. There are still small amounts of semen that can come out even if he does not have an orgasm. As for your bleeding, normal! The hymen has been broken, it will stop in about a week or maybe two, depending on how thick or thin your hymen was. His pain though sounds serious, he should see a doctor. It depends on the type of pain, burning, sharp, etc. But there should not be any pain. Try going to webmd.com and looking up the symptoms. Either way, he needs to be seen by a doctor. Souns like erectile dysfunction or some other problem, maybe a stone? Not sure. There are places like planned parenthood that will help you if you can't afford a doctor or don't want your parents to know. Their site is plannedparenthood.org. Good luck. Oh....No it does not sound like HIV!
