I made a myspace account, and now when I do a search I can't find myself? Shouldn't I be able to search for my own profile?

frustratingly enough I had the same problem. Use your user handle and search that and then just go through the list of users they give you until you find yourself (if you have an avatar you can narrow your search by selecting show only profiles with pictures)

when you search for yourself in the browse area, you will have to put the exact name that you signed up under. My name is Clayton Elam and if I just put C Elam or Clay Elam it doesn't bring up my profile. It is wierd I know.
However, there should be a link when you sign in that is called view my profile. When you view your profile there is a link below your picture that should show the url address for your profile. You can copy and paste this and send it to friends.

edit your user account. It depends on if you used your real name and allowed yourself to be searched. before by default people could search you until you disabled people from being able to search you. But with all the crime out there, they may have changed it so that people can't look you up by default.

Of course you can search for your own profile you just have to use the right keywords.

Yes you can all you have to do is go to search,click on email address,and type in your email address......that should pull your profile right up hun.

well make sure that you are using the same first and last name you put in when you made your profile. and dont use your nickname that shows up on your profile.

Have you tired searching by zip code and the name you set the account uo with?

Umm when you go to search for it try your first and last name. Your email.
If u use ur whole email it should come up.....
