while on line, go to your tool bar click on it and scroll to internet options, click, in that field, there are many options, choose delete cookies, and also delete browsing history (the main view for you depending on your browser might be under "general") this will get rid of any trace (unless she's a hacker type) of pages you've viewed.... good luck, and remember, get her something really nice, no appliances!!!!!!!

It's likely you are using Internet Explorer, so you should to go to Tools > Internet Options, and delete the History. If she is really snoopy you should delete cookies also, but I would say its unlikely she would look for those.
