A few months back, after learning the death of a friend. It took me a while because I thought not crying would make me stronger to face it. I was wrong. I felt more pain when I don't cry and when I eventually did (after much coaxing from my hubby), I did feel so much better, to have released something from myself.

Everyday since tuesday 1/2. My father died. I haven't cried like that since I was a child. My husband and all 4 of my children have cried everyday. He was a great dad and grandfather. I'm sure I have many more"crys" ahead of me. It does help some to just let it out.

Crying real tears, the body releases natural pain killers with them.
That's why you feel better.

And yes, there is nothing better then a good cry.

You are RIGHT!
