I don't think it means anything because I used to have dreams of being pregnant and babies all the time and never was pregnant in the past.

Usually it's in reference to the beginning of something new, a project, or emotional state. It may just mean nothing. Or it could be literal.... do your dreams usually mean something? Try doing a search for dream dictionaries.
