There's someone around here...I think he's one of the most interesting people I have ever met, he's attractive too, even though i've never seen his face, and I almost feel as though he completes a part of me...No way in hell i'd tell him though. I know he would react to me as if I was a stalker...♥

fear of humiliation most likely. If you did ever get the courage though... if he really IS the one to complete you, he would understand... but maybe you should try dating, or really getting to know him before you actually say something to that effect, or else he might be a little creeped out.

That's messed up. Why? unless you think of yourself as a stalker. It's OK to let people know how you feel, unless you have second thoughts about your real motive.

i sort of was in this same situation. what has stopped me is that i wasn't sure if this person had the same feelings that i had. turns out, he does like me back. i still don't tell him how wonderful he is because i feel vulnerable to tell him that if we're not dating. i still feel that he could change his mind about liking me and look at me as if i'm crazy. we both like each other and are not dating... that's a different story altogether.

Logical reasoning and not being afraid of yourself- all you can do is just be. I see nothing wrong in telling someone how you feel, if you're being sincere and your choice of words are selective. I wouldn't take it personally if they do not reciprocate, you did what you felt was necessary. Speaking from experience, I can tell you that completion isn't really complete- does that make sense?.

One time I broke my jaw and that really stopped me from telling them how wonderful they are. My jaw was wired shut for 6 weeks and I had to eat cheeseburgers thru a straw after blending them up in the blender-not cool. That kindof put a damper on my communication skills...

how cowardly can you get? It's the internet, there isn't any excuse on to say something, it's not like it's a face to face risk of telling someone you are attracted to them. Geez.

What if he feels the same way you do, you're never going to find out until you tell him.

I do not hesitate to tell the special people in my life how wonderful they are. I don't use those words loosely either.

iknow how you feel,

what stopped me (or stops) is what the person may think of me, their marital status, and relationship with me (like you said, you dont want them to think of me as a stalker)
