You can. You can go to any Staples or Big Lots and they sell Shrinking Buttons. You just point it at the person you want to shrink and press the button. These do not come with batteries so you must purchase those also. They usually take 4 AA batteries.

I have been asking myself that question all my life. I had almost perfected my shrink ray when... something terrible happened. I went out for a bit to grab a bite to eat, when the house was broken into. They took the shrink ray! I can only imagine what they are doing with it now...

My master did that to me a few years ago. It's not that bad really. I get ten minutes on the internet a day and all the water I can drink.

Well that'd involve re-arrangement of molecules.
Since bigger things don't have larger molecules, they just have more.
This would mean destroying or removing the very structure of what is being shrunk, and I don't think that'd be possible.
