I would assume that you would go to the DMV Dept. of Motor Vehicles and renew your license, there might be a some late charges to it it might be $5.00 or so, no big deal, but do it before you get pulled over or you'll really have a large fine to pay.

In most states you simply go to the DMV, pay the fee, and have it renewed. Massachusetts gives you up to five years to renew before having to take the road test again. I don't see why Missouri should be any different, but look at their web site and investigate it yourself.

Don't know about Missouri, but in Texas you just go to the local Department of Public Safety (drivers' license office), pay the money, get your picture taken, and voila! It comes in the mail.

Go the DPS and you will probably have to take a written test since you let it expire and an eye exam. Also be sure you have somebody drive you there as they frown on you driving with an expired D.L.
