Whats it mean when you penis has a permimnant brownish circle around right before the head of the penis? it appears to have ovals like in it too? Ive had it forever though.

The brownish circle is the scar from your circumcision. Most guys who are circumcised have a similar scar. The ovals in it may be blood vessels that were severed during circumcision and have attempted to heal, but maybe have been "blunted" in that the blood vessels just sort of stop at the scar instead of continuing on.

What does the fact that your white and circumcised have to do with anything? It could be the circumcision scar. does it go all the way around but just under the head of the penis?

It's just the colour of your penis. Don't worry about it, it's normal. They all come in different sizes and colour.

do not worry,it is pretty normal.i had six boys that were curcumcised and they all had the ring after that,so you are okay.

In all likelihood that's the scar left from your circumcision. It's nothing to be concerned about.

That is the scar where your prepuce/foreskin was surgically removed. No big deal.
