Definitely WITH their makeup...Peter Criss...I had the biggest crush on that cute thing. Not so much without the makeup tho. LOL

Now this is a great one for me I've been a fan since 1976! I just love them with or without, but have to say that the early stuff with make up is my fav! I'm not sure about the new guys (although I can kinda let Eric Singer off) wearing Ace n Peters make-up, Eric Carr and Vinnie Vincent both had their own make-up and so should the new guys. Of course that would kinda make Gene's marketing of the band more difficult! Although I'm a huge fan I also think it is time they either stopped playing or started to do something new like and album! that would be a great Idea! lol how many band can get away with not doing a new album for 10 years but still keep going!! They still have it in them, just listen to Paul's solo album, it is out of this world!
So guys if you reading, write a new album, get new costums new make up for Tommy and Eric and a new stage show and show the world how it should be done....remember like you us to do.

and why Parents feared them back in the 1970's!!!!
It's amazing how many bands/groups from the 1970's are making their big come back! Do you think they would have imagined wearing make-up for 30 some odd years?
And people still wanting to see them???
No that's something to ponder!!
I think they look like old beaters, but hey, they can still pull
it off, and I guess If I was around in the 1970's, i'm an old beater too!

have you ever considered them without makeup? They have been cool with the makeup yet I observed an old stay overall performance on television the different night and that they weren't almost as good as I perceived them to be as a baby. lost my affection for Simmons in the time of his Apprentice visual attraction, btw.

Makeup all the way! In make up they're KISS, without it, they're old guys with bad skin and crazy hair.

oh, i agree 100 %. the crazy makeup made them famouse, unique and different. i cant even recognize the guys as kiss outside of thier makeup!!!

i definately like them more with the makeup, i mean one time i seen this video called lick it up by kiss, i didnt even know it was them because they didnt have their makeup on....it was kinda creepy.
