I got my pay stub & I have an extra $80 in my check. It's for Cafeteria. Does anyone know what this means? I haven't signed up for anything at work. Also why would it say deductions but it added money in my check??

You need to check with your HR department or one of your coworkers. Here is a link about cafeteria plan from the IRS. I believe it is some sort of flexible spending medical account (by a very strange name).

MIGHT ME A PERK THAT YOU GET WHEN YOU WORK FOR THAT COMPANY. MAYBE IT'S AN ALLOWANCE THAT YOU CAN USE UP TO THAT AMOUNT $80.00 IN THE CAFETERIA. BUT IF YOU BRING YOUR LUNCH AND ARE NOT EATING AT THE COMPANIES EXPENSE THEY GIVE IT TO YOU AS YOUR EXTRA MONEY??
